The 39th Hypoxia Task Force Public Meeting will be held in person the afternoon of February 5, 2026, in Washington, D.C., with a virtual live-stream. There will be no cost to register and attend in person or virtually. The meeting will take place at the EPA HQ, EPA East Building, 1201 Constitution Avenue NW, Washington, D.C.
