The Gulf of America Fishery Management Council (Council) will meet Monday, June 5 through Thursday, June 8, 2023 at the Battle House Renaissance Hotel and Spa in Mobile, Alabama.  During this meeting, the Council plans to make final appointments to its Coastal Migratory Pelagics Advisory Panel and consider taking final action on the following two documents:

• Reef Fish Amendment 56: Modifications to the Gag Grouper Catch Limits, Sector Allocations, and Fishing Seasons; and,
• Recalibration of Red Snapper Recreational Catch Limits and Modification of Gray Snapper Catch Limits.

The meeting will convene on Monday, June 5, 2023 at 8:00 AM CDT with administrative and management committees.   Full Council will convene on Wednesday, June 7^th and public testimony will be held from 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm CDT.
